These Scripts are created in a PDF format
They will open your PDF viewer like Adobe Acrobat, on your computer when you click on them.
You can also save it onto your system after opening the page by choosing,
"Save a Copy" which should be to your left.

Not having a PDF viewer on your computer will prevent you
