The DVDs are recorded only in NTSC format on DVD-R media and may not play on all DVD players.
This enables the DVDs to be played on a wider variety of DVD Players.  CDs are recorded on CD-R media and may not play on some older CD players.
 

Our Product Refund Policy
All returns must be requested in an email for approval.  Products must be returned undamaged and unopened.  All
returns must also include the return authorization number that you will receive in an email following your request. 
Any return requesting a refund must be done within 5 days of receiving the product.
All shipping charges will be deducted from any refund.
