Instant Relaxation
or self-hypnosis, is one of today's most effective tools to use for relieving stress and spiritual growth.  Many users of instant relaxation report enhancement in their natural abilities and talents, improved health and better sleep.  Anyone who has a normal degree of intelligence and is capable of following directions can learn to relax instantly.

In this workshop, you will learn how to induce instant relaxation and deepen your level of relaxation.  You will also learn how to formulate auto-suggestions utilizing affirmation breakdown and some simple "how to" tools for great results.

This workshop is conducted in a group format and is limited in size.  Anyone desiring to learn instant relaxation should start with this workshop before taking any private sessions.
