This technique is designed to assist an individual in focus, comprehension, retention and recall of any material that
he or she chooses.  This techniques great for, "Test Anxiety" because in the process the individual learns to
relax deeply during study and exam time.  By relaxing during both times it enhances the
individuals ability to recall information.

However, with this technique there is more to it than just that as it also assists in the organization of the material studied and by study I mean reading through the material just once.  There is no need for lengthy
study sessions or cramming just before an exam.

This technique has been used to assist individuals who were failing exams for certification,
licensure and or promotion within their perspective professions with an overwhelming success.

This technique works best if you have been trained in the Ultra Depth® Process to be able to offer the greatest benefit of this technique to your clients so he can be staged into profound somnambulism, Esdaile and
the Sichort State and repeating the script at each depth.  However, it is not a must. 

You must be certified and have been practicing at least long enough to understand how to
help your clients achieve profound somnambulism.
