Mentoring is done over the telephone or over the internet through the use of one of two free downloadable programs.  One is Skype and the other program is Paltalk Instant Messenger.  This will allow us to communicate over the internet just as if we are speaking over the telephone and never pay any telephone or other charges.  All you will need to use either program is a microphone and speakers.

If you use Windows 2000 or XP, Skype is the program you will need to download and installed onto your computer.  Skype has free software for Windows Users, Mac Users, Linux and Pocket PC Users.

If you are using Windows ME, 98 or 95, then you will need to download the PalTalk Messenger program and install it onto your computer.  The links below will take you directly to the web sites for you to download these free programs onto your computer.

Mentoring is offered with all of our Distant Learning Courses, including our new DVD Ultra Depth® Process In-home Study Course.  Each student must be aware of the time that is reserved for your personal mentoring time.  It is the sole responsibility of the student to request his or her mentoring time by sending an email to mentoring@ultradepth.com. 

With each of the Distant Learning Courses the student is allotted a total of 30 minutes of free mentoring.  Any student may purchase additional mentoring time in blocks of 30 minutes or 60 minutes, if needed.  Additional mentoring time may be purchased at the rate of  $50.00 per 30 minutes.  When you request mentoring time, you must include in your email, your Skype or PalTalk Messenger screen name that you must have previously set up.

The mentoring time must always be made by appointment through an email.  Then authorized by a return email from us.
